What if I don't know what I want yet?+
Partial info is fine. Start with the moment — an offsite, a launch, a gifting run — and OLO will ask only for the details needed to shape the plan.
Is the estimate accurate?+
Accurate enough to review and decide. The estimate is not a final invoice; our team confirms quote, timing, artwork, blank availability, and shipping before payment or production.
How fast can you deliver?+
Standard runs usually land in two to three weeks from approved artwork and payment. Tighter windows may be possible; OLO flags timing risk before you submit.
Do I need a logo?+
No. Begin without one. When artwork becomes useful for previewing, stitch choice, or quote confidence, OLO asks. Upload from your laptop or snap a photo.
Can I choose the product style and color?+
Yes. OLO may suggest a starting blank so the preview is useful, but you can choose another style, color, size, logo treatment, and placement before sending the request.
What happens after I submit?+
The request goes to the OLO team. We confirm quote and timing, send a secure payment link, and keep production, shipping, and messages in the order tracker.
